One of the most interesting Khalil Mamoon hookahs, is the Sadaf model that stands 28" tall. This hookah is completely handcrafted in Egypt, and it features a unique mosaic display of pearlescent pieces. Since every model is handmade, the location of pearl pieces and colors will vary in placement and size. The Sadaf not only features a unique design, but it also contains a ice chamber with accent colors to match the rest of the hookah. There are three color options to choose from:
- Blue with blue accent pieces and a matching hose color
- Red with red accent pieces and a matching hose color
- Black with black accent pieces and a matching hose color

Furthermore, with all KM hookah's being handmade, the placement of the pearlescent and colors differs with every hookah. As pictured above, some of the hookah bases are only partially covered while others are completely covered.
In addition to the uniqueness and choices you get with the Sadaf, it also comes with an ice chamber to help cool your smoke as it travels through the downstem. Using the ice chamber is not necessary for the hookah to function properly; the chamber is sealed off from the rest of the hookah, so no need to worry about leakage.

No matter what color or design your particular Sadaf is, you will be receiving the same exceptional smoking experience as every other Sadaf owner. With this hookah you do have the option of utilizing the ice chamber if you're looking to cool down your smoke.
The gauge on the downstem is medium sized, which will create a more traditional and somewhat restricted pull compared with what you might be used to. This can be fixed by adding a hookah diffuser to the gauge, this will create a smoother experience and also quiet the rumble from the pull.
